Shipping policy

* Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 1 PM EST will be shipped same business day via 1-business day overnight shipping. If placed after 1 PM EST, orders will ship by next business day. Overnight Shipping + Saturday Delivery - Must choose Saturday delivery at checkout on Friday in order for your order to be delivered on Saturday. This is a premium service. Overnight Shipping + Monday Delivery (When Available) - Must order by 1 PM EST on the preceding Saturday and select the appropriate option at checkout. Orders placed after 1 PM on Saturday will ship on Monday.

** In-Transit Time - Does not include standard processing time of 2 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

*** Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.

While we aim to keep all bait frozen during shipping, we cannot guarantee it will arrive fully frozen. As long as the bait remains cold upon arrival and is delivered within a reasonable time frame, it retains its freshness and can be safely refrozen for later use.

Please be prepared to store your bait on the day of delivery, as there may not be sufficient dry ice remaining to keep it frozen in the shipping container for an extended period. To assess valid claims, we require that any issues be reported promptly upon delivery—before the bait has had a chance to warm due to handling or storage delays.

Photo or video documentation must be emailed to frozen@onestopmarine.net within 24 hours of delivery. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds are issued at our discretion for valid reports.
